Tryfan is situated about a mile from Rhiw village on the Aberdaron road. It is within a 15 minute walk to the quiet, pretty Porth Ysgo beach, through the beautiful Nant y Gadwen valley, where you can see the remains of the old manganese mines and enjoy the view as you walk down. The lovely little church of St. Maelrhys is close by. |
