There is a small garden at the back of the house with a washing line.

The front garden is bigger and has garden furniture.

Doors and windows are double glazed.

Comfortable sitting room with Digi Box TV, Video and DVD player.

Three bedrooms – 2 with double beds and one with a single bed and full size single guest bed. Bed linen at no extra cost.

Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron.

Cot and high chair available.

Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet.

Towels available at extra cost if required.

Tryfan is available all year. Bookings are from 3p.m. on day of arrival until 10a.m. on day of departure.

Tryfan has been awarded by the Welsh Tourist Board.

The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss to the house. Damaged items must be paid for at cost price before leaving. The hirer agrees to keep the furniture, fixtures, utensils etc. in a clean and tidy condition and to leave the house clean when they leave.
